By accessing or using Smart Translator AI, GlobalReader Pro, or related Big Bang Entertainment website tools, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Description of the service

Smart Translator AI provides online machine translation for text. GlobalReader Pro provides a document-reading and translation preview focused on PDFs and books, with future support planned for TXT and Word/DOCX files.

3. Machine translation limits

Translations are machine-generated and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for sensitive use. Do not rely on translations as legal, medical, financial, safety, immigration, academic, or professional advice.

4. Uploaded documents and copyright

You are responsible for the documents, PDFs, books, text, and other content you upload or translate. Do not upload or translate content you do not have the right to use. You must respect copyright, licensing, privacy, and applicable laws.

5. Private storage and generated files

GlobalReader may create generated translation files, page progress files, JSON files, text files, HTML previews, and logs to support the reading and translation workflow. These files are intended for backend/product use and are not intended to be public pages.

6. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not use this website to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload, translate, or distribute illegal, abusive, hateful, violent, or infringing content.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other people.
• Attack, overload, scrape aggressively, reverse engineer, or interfere with the website or its infrastructure.
• Use the service to create misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content.

7. Future paid products

Some Pro, early access, subscription, or payment features may be introduced later. Any final price, refund policy, access period, and subscription rules should be shown clearly before a purchase is accepted. Until checkout is connected, early access buttons are expressions of product direction, not completed payment agreements.

8. Intellectual property

The design, layout, logo, software interface, brand assets, and visual elements of Smart Translator AI and GlobalReader Pro are owned by Big Bang Entertainment or licensed to us. You remain responsible for the content you input, upload, or translate.

9. Availability and changes

The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server load, technical issues, or external service limits. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or product preview at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big Bang Entertainment is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from your use of the website, translations, uploaded documents, generated files, or product previews.
